6 months in Zimbabwe!!!

Hello Family and Friends,

Can you believe I hit my 6 month mark today!? I still can't believe I have been in Zimbabwe that long. I am truly loving being here in Zimbabwe! This week was full of hard work and gratitude. We are teaching a couple of boys named Simon, Blessing, and Munarodzi. We were teaching them the Plan of Salvation and we got to the end of the three kingdoms. I asked them what kingdom would you like to have after explaining them. They said the Celestial kingdom. So we are like they way you are able to enter this kingdom is if you are baptized and they all accepted baptism!!! I am super excited for these three!!! I love how the Lord puts us in the right place at the right time to help those who are prepared to be able to find the truth and be baptized. Then we met with the 2 pastors again. We taught them the Restoration. Such a powerful lesson! We stressed the importance of the priesthood and how there is only one church that has that. I think it went over their heads a bit but we will do our best to help them feel the spirit. Their son though is asking inspired questions. He is so prepared. If only he didn't have pastors as parents. Then Sister Katonikia was able to start her bans this week! She will be able to be baptized at the beginning of December. I am so excited for her to be able to be baptized. We went and shared a scripture with her and the spirit led me to say you will be sealed in the Zimbabwe Harare Temple one day. I love the spirit and how Heavenly Father lets us missionaries have it so we can help our brothers and sisters come unto the truth. I love being a missionary. I am so grateful Heavenly Father sent me to Zimbabwe! It has helped me to have the experiences I needed to have to be able to be a better disciple of Christ. Instead of looking for the negative always look for the positive! Everything happens for a reason! Trials are to strengthen us!

Love you all!!

Have a great week!
